How do I find the actual email to pitch a brand? The generic info address never gets a reply.

Skip the generic info address, it goes to a black hole. Check the brand site for a partnerships or influencer page first, many have a form or a real contact. No luck, find the marketing or social lead on LinkedIn, work out the email format from their domain and verify it with a free checker. For small brands a polite DM to the founder works fine. Whatever route, lead with one line on why you fit so it does not read like spam.

Skip the info address

Generic inboxes go nowhere. You want a named human on the marketing team.

Check the site first

A partnerships or influencer page often has a form or a direct contact already.

Use LinkedIn

Find the social or marketing lead, guess the domain email format, then verify it.

Lead with fit

One line on why you match the brand turns a cold email into a warm one.

LinkedIn plus an email verifier is my whole system. Find the social manager, guess the format, confirm it, pitch the human not the brand.

For small brands just DM the founder. I have closed more deals in DMs with small brands than in any formal inbox.

Always open with the fit line. Hi I love X and here is why my audience matches beats Hi I am a creator every single time.
