How do we build an ambassador program that creators actually stay in, instead of one that fizzles out after a month?

Programs stick when you combine real fans with clear structure. Recruit creators who already tag you, since enthusiasm cannot be bought. Give them a simple setup: perks, a personal code or commission and one easy monthly deliverable. Make assets and briefs effortless so they never have to guess. Start with five to ten engaged ambassadors, not a hundred passive ones, and reward your top performers so the rest push harder.

What makes a program stick

Structure plus genuine fans. Random creators on a contract churn fast.

Recruit real fans first

Start with creators already tagging you. That energy is the whole foundation.

Give clear structure

Start small and reward

The brands that win start with their existing superfans. We comb the tagged photos and DMs before we ever recruit cold.

Keep the deliverable dead simple. One post a month plus stories. The moment it feels like a job, ambassadors ghost you.

Give them a real code and a leaderboard. A little competition between ambassadors lifted our program output massively.
