There is no universal best time, only the best time for your audience. Generic studies point to weekday mornings and early evenings but your own data beats any chart. Check Instagram insights for when your followers are active, post just before those peaks and test for two weeks. Consistency matters more than hitting the perfect minute.

How to find your best time

Skip the generic charts. Your own audience data is the answer.

Use your own insights

Insights shows exactly when your followers are online.

Post before the peak

Give the post time to gather early engagement.

Test and keep notes

Try slots for two weeks and track what lands.

Your insights beat every blog post. My peak is 7am weekdays, nothing like the charts said.

I post 30 minutes before my peak so it has time to gather early engagement.

Consistency mattered more than timing for me. Same slot daily trained my audience to expect it.
